Ars Dimicatoria translated from the Latin language means the Art of Fencing.

As the name of our school of fence indicates we strive for perfection in fighting with the weapons of our predecesors.

The school is based in Prague 6 Bubeneč and is open to all historical fencing enthusiasts. The core of our teaching emanates from the great traditions of European schools of fencing from the medieval times up to the 19th century.

We specialize in fencing with medieval swords, renaissance longswords (federschwert), cut-and-thrust swords and rapiers, baroque swords and rapiers, Polish and Hungarian sabres and Czech dusacks.
